From the very beginning, Carrie helped us craft the perfect vacation. I sent her an idea of where we might like to travel and a budget, and she created a custom list of cruises for us that met our criteria. She also monitored the prices to see if any sales were happening or if there were any extra perks that we could secure from the cruise line. Once we booked the cruise, she helped walk us through the process of securing our documents and checking in to the cruise line. Carrie is very intuitive and knows exactly what you need to enhance your vacation. My birthday happen to fall during our cruise, and she set up a special surprise birthday cake for me which was really touching. She helped us with all aspects of the cruise such as providing valuable advice on whether or not to take out insurance on the trip (which we did purchase a separate, comprehensive policy in case of an injury or medical need or the arrival of a hurricane). She also created a curated list of potential excursions we could go on as well as provide us with a recommended packing list of what to bring on the cruise (which I used when packing for the trip.) She ensured that we had a hotel the night before the cruise so we could stay near the port. She also sent us all of the travel advisories and other pertinent information so we were well informed. She helped us register our travel information with the government so that we could receive any alerts about weather or security in the other countries while we were away. I had such a lovely experience with Carrie planning our vacation that she is already planning our next cruise to Alaska and helping me plan a future vacation to Europe!
